At Macarthur Makeovers, we are all about supporting the community and giving back to an industry that has given us so much. We do this in many different ways, including:

  • by providing a private and exclusive space for clients to relax and unwind, to escape the daily stresses of everyday life. 

  • by providing an eco-holistic salon environment, using eco-friendly, non-toxic products and services for the health and safety of our staff and clients, using disposable tools made from bamboo (not plastic), welcoming all clients no matter their health or skin concerns (obviously not including anyone who is contagious or presenting with a condition needing a referral to a Dr).

  • by providing exceptional customer service to our clients. To us you are family, and never "just a number", or just another "bum on a seat". You will be treated with honesty, respect, and integrity. We are at your service, and feel honoured you have chosen Macarthur Makeovers.

  • by supporting Australian made and owned wherever possible, constantly finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint, and practicing to be as sustainable as possible.

  • refuel your body whilst your wait, with catering and beverages provided with compliments, including our signature aloe juice mocktail and herbal tea on arrival.

  • by providing an array of hair, beauty health and wellness professional from a variety of modalities together to support your own health and beauty goals.

  • providing a luxury mobile service, especially for bridal parties, for those who may be time poor, ill, elderly, or otherwise disabled or unable to attend the salon for any other reason.

  • Donna can be found regularly attending local networking events across Sydney, volunteering as an Guest Speaker, and has spent the past 18 months hosting monthly networking events for local women in business, in a child-friendly environment.
